We send you only the applicants’ original resumes. (You see how an applicant presents themselves, rather than how the recruiter would like you to see them. )

WE DON’T TAKE HIDDEN CUTS ON TEMP EARNINGS.

Every temp invoice states what we earn for each assignment, so you know what your temp is actually earning and are able to compare that with what you are paying now.

WE HONOUR THE 4-HOUR ‘NO SATISFACTION’ TEMP GUARANTEE.

Enigma HR’s 4-hour temp guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the temp provided and ask for a replacement within 4 hours, you will not be charged for that time.

WE PROVIDE A UNIQUE 9-MONTH HIRING GUARANTEE.
We offer a 9-month guarantee for long-term placements, which is significantly longer than the industry norm of 3 months.
